Delivering connection, convenience, and…mail.

Handwritten Hello is a thoughtful subscription service that makes it easy and affordable to send heartfelt, handwritten cards to the people who matter most. Created to bring joy and reminders of love and care, especially to the seniors in our lives,

Old School Charm, New School Convenience

Handwritten Hello is a service that helps people stay connected with their aging parents or elderly friends and relatives—even when life gets busy.

We send warm, personalized notes on your behalf, using realistic, handwriting-style printing techniques that feel authentic and heartfelt.

In short, we harness modern tech for a timeless touch.

You write the message online; we handle the rest—printing each note to look like it was written by hand, packaging it thoughtfully with forever stamps, and mailing it directly to your loved one.

It’s a simple, affordable way to brighten someone’s day with a tangible reminder that they’re loved, remembered, and valued.

Beautiful Card Selections

We offer two subscription tiers with multiple payment options. Designs are unique, gender neutral, and include a warm greeting on the front cover. We also offer personalized birthday cards and other custom add-ons.

Personalized & Handwritten Notes

Each month, you will be prompted via email to submit a brief message to your loved one. From there, we will print your note in your selected handwriting font and prepare to mail your card. If life gets hectic, let us help—we can also craft and send a warm greeting on your behalf.

Addressed & Mailed with Real Stamps

The rest is in our hands! We will use a matching “handwriting” font to address the envelope and mail directly to your chosen recipient. The envelope features a real forever stamp and your name and return address—never any commercial branding!

Who Can We Help?

Handwritten Hello is for anyone who values connection but could use a little help making it happen. It’s for children and grandchildren of aging parents and grandparents who want their loved ones to feel remembered, even when life gets busy. It’s for people who care deeply but appreciate the ease of a thoughtful, automated solution. It’s for anyone who has thought, “how long has it been since I last reached out?”

Most of all, it’s for our family, friends, and neighbors. Though we started this company to support seniors in nursing homes, Handwritten Hello strives to make it easy and affordable to send love, comfort, and connection to those who need it most—whether these individuals are in the hospital, living alone in the community, away at college, or simply going through a difficult time.

A small gesture can make a big difference in the lives of people we love.

  • This has been such a relief for me. My grandfather recently moved into memory care and this service has made it so easy for me to reach out to him. Life is really busy right now and I don't want him to think we aren't thinking of him.

  • We've been sending these cards to my mother for awhile now. My sister and I take turns logging in and replying to the emails and it has worked out so well. My mom has them all lined up in her room for her neighbors and visitors to see.

  • I started doing this for my grandmother. She just got her first card in the mail and called me right away, she loves it.
